[ARCHIVED] [V] [S] Vampires can't drink from umbrella-holding sims

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansion packs thus far My Wedding Stories, Realm of Magic, Parenthood, Vampires, Spa Day, Paranormal, Nifty Knitting, Laundry Day, Toddler, Backyard, Kids Room, Romantic Garden, Spooky, and Luxury Party Stuff packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a vampire sim. Go out while it's raining, and select an unplayed sim who is holding an umbrella. Choose Compel For a Deep Drink (it stopped raining before I could test it with any of the other drink options)
What happens when the bug occurs? The vampire sim and the umbrella-holding prey will get in position, and then the action will cancel itself. The sim with the umbrella may or may not put the umbrella away and then immediately take it out again. Using Reset Object on the sim to get rid of the umbrella will cause the vampire to be able to successfully drink from the sim.
What do you expect to see? My vampire's prey will either put their umbrella away when my vampire tries to drink from them, or the vampire will be able to feed while the sim is still holding the umbrella.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

While I selected yes on the topic of custom content/mods, I have been experiencing this bug since well before I started using cc and mods, I just tend to wait awhile before going through the effort to report. This bug has happened to me in multiple save files, on two different devices. (though oddly enough, it's always been with sim versions of the same oc of mine) I did look and find that someone else had reported this happening, but it was marked as fixed, saying that it was solved in a patch. For all I know, it could have been, since I didn't even start playing until well after that patch happened, but if it was fixed then, it broke again somewhere down the line.
