[V] [SE] Vampire freezing to death

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.69.57.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just put a vampire outside in cold or freezing weather and the *Chilled" icon will pop up.
What happens when the bug occurs? Vampire starts to freeze to death.
What do you expect to see? The vampire not be affected by temperature (i.e. cold/hot).
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Before the latest patch, my vampire Sim was unaffected by freezing and overheating. Now, my Sim freezes/overheats to death. I thought Vampires were immune to death by freezing and overheating. Is there a way to fix this?

    Yes! That's exactly what happens to my vampire Sims. I've decided to not to visit that lot for my vampires until a patch fixes this bug. Every other lot is fine with my vampire Sims and they remain immune to temperatures.

    My Servo nearly froze to death when visiting the Onsen Bathhouse lot in Snowy Escape. Game version 1.75.125.1030. I was about to file a bug report, then found this thread.

    As per the OP, this looks like it's a problem with the Onsen Bathouse lot specifically, so it's not just vampires or servos it's any Sim that's supposed to be immune to temperature extremes.
