I'm suddenly having this problem. My teen vamp has sparred with her dad before, but the option isn't there now. She also didn't have the option with Vlad. There was a spar option with her teen friends, but see the "vampiric bat travel" bug thread: we just spent four hours in game trying to get our friends to stop turning into bats long enough to spar with us.
@xochiquetzl_xkvn Could you try at night ? Teens have several issues where stuff is only working at night for them
Okay, it's 10:55pm, which is hopefully late enough, but...
The option isn't there.
It was there with her teen vamp friends in Forgotten Hollow earlier. Maybe I should invite them to hang out in San Myshuno and see if that makes a difference?
...nope, she can still spar with her teen friends.
I also noticed that her mom autonomously yelled at her for "fighting" when she sparred with her dad before the last patch, even though sparring is a friendly activity. Perhaps the game has decided that teens can't "fight" with adults?

And once I age her up to YA, the option to spar with her dad is back.
Similarly I couldnt find the option to spar, turns out it was age-locked out of my teen sim. Though I didn't think it was meant to be age locked?
I tried both at night, and with a similarly aged [teen] sim. The option to vampire spar wasn't there.
Same here, my teen Sim hasn’t got the option at any time of day with any vamp, even if they’re best friends.
