Hello @rma209,

Please remove your mods/CC and delete your localthumbcache.package as well. Let me know if the issue persists then.

Well I have seen a hat pop up in colors the game does not have. If it works then I don't think I would ever know. It only has happened twice and both times with random clothing items being placed on the sim.
