Vampire Bug

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When you live in an apartment in City Living in San Myshuno. My current one that this is happening in is 2B Jasmine Suites.
What happens when the bug occurs? A vampire shows up on the lot, almost every night, and stands hissing while ominous music plays. It says the vampire is breaking in, but my door is locked for everyone but house members. If you try to ignore them, the camera will shift you back to where the vampire is. This will repeat 4 or 5 times and is really annoying.
What do you expect to see? Not a vampire, or at least the game letting me ignore it.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
PS, I have custom content, but it never did this before with them and I don't think that's what's causing this because the clothes don't have anything to do with this particular issue. I also tried resetting the vampire sim object and that didn't work. They just stand there looking around while scary vampire music plays on loop like this:
