Vet clinic selling and fund transfer issues

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? - cottage living - seasons - cats & dogs - city living - my first pet - romantic garden
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to sell the vet clinic or try to make fund transfers for the vet clinic.
What happens when the bug occurs? Ever since my platform has changed from origin to EA, I have been experiencing problems with my vet clinic. The sim who originally owned the vet clinic suddenly no longer owned it. I made another Sim buy the vet clinic but now whenever I try to transfer household funds into business funds, nothing happens. I type the number in, click transfer but nothing happens and so the clinic cannot be opened. I tried to sell the vet clinic to see if this happens with other sims, however whenever I click sell, once again nothing happens. So now I am left with a vet clinic which can't be opened and can't be sold.
What do you expect to see? I expect my funds to be transferred from my household to my business when I click transfer. I also expect the vet clinic to no longer be owned by the sim when they sell it.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
