Voodoo dolls linked exclusuvely to thanatology.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have the sims 4 life and death and try to use voodoo dolls.
What happens when the bug occurs? With life and death installed, voodoo dolls don't raise mischief skill and sims won't be able to bind without level 2 thanatology.
What do you expect to see? With life and death installed, both thanatology and mischief will allow a sim to bind voodoo dolls and using voodoo dolls will raise both skills like bonsai shrubs do with gardening a flower arranging or rock climbing walls do with fitness and rock climbing.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

This is a pretty big issue for multiple reasons. 1) Sims with high mischief skill can still buy voodoo dolls and unlock interactions on bound voodoo dolls despite being unable to bind with low mischief or raise mischief with voodoo dolls. 2) Completing the chief of mischief aspiration requires using a voodoo doll, which sims are unable too without learning a skill unrelated to the aspiration. 3) Voodoo dolls are still pruchaseable at the humor and hijinx festival, use of them still supports the pranksters, and are still given to pranksters when they win. I'm sure there's more instances where removing mischief skill gain with and ability to bind voodoo dolls breaks or hinders gameplay.
