I noticed a similar bug regarding trans sims!!
If your werewolf frame and gender dont match you dont get most werewolf presets :/ a workaround, similar to the nail polish one, is to first make the wolf using the matching frame and changing it after. But i dont think it should be happening to begin with
the same thing is with cheek fluff, only one is available- and there are less ears too (the ripped ears for example are missing)

Please make sure to click me too on the first post. - 4 years ago@Lunar_S0uls adding onto this, the sim in my example was my sim self and therefore male with feminine frame!! So it affects trans werewolves both ways around
