[W] Night Night Moon Moon lamp doesn't prevent monster under bed

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get to Work, Cats & Dogs, Island Living, Discover University, Snowy Escape, Cottage Living, Jungle Adventure, Strangerville, Realm of Magic, Werewolves, Kids Room, Bowling, Laundry, Moschino, Tiny Living, Paranormal, Little Campers
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place the nightlight from werewolves in a child or toddler's bedroom, then play for a night or two - they'll get the monster under the bed and/or a nightmare.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nightlight doesn't prevent monster under the bed, nor nightmares.
What do you expect to see? I thought it was supposed to prevent them.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
This may very well be 100% of the time - hard to tell since monsters/nightmares don't appear every night. But it's happening in both modded and unmodded saves, usually within the first few nights.
