[W] Werewolf changes human face when entering/leaving CAS

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.89.214.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have every expansion pack except for Get Famous and Get Together I have Werewolves, Vampires, Realm of Magic, Parenthood, and Outdoor Retreat game packs I have Tiny Living, My First Pet, Laundry Day, Toddler, Kids Room, Romantic Garden, Perfect Patio, and Luxury Party stuff packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load a werewolf sim into CAS and unlink the forms, then save and leave, repeat and eventually you will notice the sim's human appearance is changed based on the werewolf form even when you have them unlinked. the game always automatically links them any time you open cas
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim's human form will become distorted each time you load the game and/or cas
What do you expect to see? Significantly changed facial featured, such as the eyes, nose, and lips becoming distorted. Cas doesn't allow you to fix it either as it's outside the levels provided and so the game freaks out when you try and fix it, resulting in more distortion
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

On the left it shows when I opened cas at first to unlink the forms and then I saved and left. on the right is when I opened cas again instantly

    @MaladaptiveMoon The part with the auto-link every time you open the save is not a bug. It's not a nice thing, I'd rather have it save my preferences but it doesn't make it a bug. You might want to post in the General Discussion as feedback about that part.

    As for the changing when unlinked, that shouldn't happen of course. Do you remember what you changed on the werewolf ? Did you enter via cheat or Change Sim ?

    It happens every time I open CAS, werewolf forms in general are bugged. I've seen the unfortunate ear and eye bug a few times. I've tried entering cas with cheats and without cheats. I noticed one of the townies started to glitch out at well

    nope, i just open cas and the sim has slowly been changing with every loading proccess

    I have this exact same problem! It is driving me nuts due to how different the sim looks after the transformation ends. I do play with mods and have every game pack, stuff pack, kit, expansion pack however it occurs even with the mods removed. I did notice that it doesn't seem to matter whether the forms are linked or not and that the appearance change affected their body too.

    My test sim(from the Gallery) looks like she magically lost weight, changed her entire face and had a breast reduction. I try to use the sliders to try to fix the changes but I can't do so, the sliders just don't want to move as much as they should like they're stuck at a certain level. I don't currently have any pictures to share but once I remove the mods again I will be taking CAS pictures before and after the transformation to upload.

    Okay so I tested again with mods removed and the sims appearance no longer drastically changes after their first transformation.
