@crinrict It is similar, but in my case it shows not only in pools and water reflection, but over the whole screen. But it looks exactly like that, zoomed in map over the whole thing.
@crinrict I tried repairing through origin and that did nothing. I tried deleting the cache just now and there was a change, now it only shows on the water surfaces and half transparent objects when you pass through them.
And yes it occurs on a fresh new game or any of my older ones.
