Weird texture/lines on some objects when hit by direct light

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Fully Patched (don't remember the number)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Build a room on Foundation, move the camera close to the foundation , from the side that's receiving direct sunlight (ex Pebble Burrow lot in Oasis Springs at about 8am Game time, right hand side of the lot)
What happens when the bug occurs? There are weird lines texture on foundation and parts of a plant (Naupaka - I think it came with Jungle Adventures) when hit by direct light
What do you expect to see? Normal smooth textures
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not atm
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? no idea I just noticed it the other day while i was building

Not really Game breaking as it seems it even took me a while to notice since it's only visible when the surface is hit by direct sunlight) but it's bothersome now that i know it's there.
