weird waving bug

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.92.145.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? high school years, cottage living, snowy escape, eco lifestyle, discover university, island living, get famous, seasons, cats and dogs, city living, get together, get to work, werewolves, my wedding stories, dream home decorator, realm of magic, strangerville, jungle adventure, parenthood, vampires. dine out, spa day, outdoor retreat, paranormal stuff, nifty knitting stuff, tiny living stuff, laundry day stuff, toddler stuff, fitness stuff, bowling night stuff, vintage glamour stuff, kids room stuff, movie hangout stuff, cool kitchen stuff, perfect patio stuff, along with some kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? im not sure if anyone can replicate it but it started happening after i bought get famous and made my sims 5 star celebrities.
What happens when the bug occurs? the sims wave and say hi like they're starting a conversation
What do you expect to see? I expect them to not wave randomly everywhere.

Please describe the patch or change you made. i downloaded get famous and made my sims 5 star celebrities

my sims have been having this issue where they randomly wave like they're starting a conversation with someone. It happens when I load the game in and it also happens randomly. I checked in with the mccc discord and they told me my sims were corrupted. I tried doing 5050 to see if any mods were the issue and I tried the game without mods and the issue was still there. I once tried 5050 and vanilla and the issue went away for a little bit but then it came back. I don't know what the issue is and I don't want to get rid of the sims I'm using. maybe it's a bug but I'm not sure. it's been going on for a while and it's pretty annoying.

    I attached a video. I opened a different save and it didn't show up with my mods still in.

    @panacea0613 Is it just that Sim that does it ? You talk about them in plural but is it your active Sims or NPCs or just about everyone that see your 5 star celebrity ?

    @crinrict it’s always my active sims household. My active sim household has 7 five star celebrities. They have their fair share of fame points so idk if the fame points have something to do with it.

    @panacea0613 I tested your save and I can see them do it form time to time but I'm not sure if it's just some reaction to them all being famous. Maybe one for the perks they have that makes them wave to each other. since they are all bald in my game it's hard to tell them apart :D

    Could you try paying attention if it's always the same Sim doing it or maybe the same Sim triggering it. Like one Sim has some fame perk that makes other Sims do it.

    Did you see Sims outside of your household do it ?

    @crinrict i loaded up my save and two sims did it. I think none of the sims start it, it just happens. Do you know if there's a fame perk that does something like that? I don't think I see anybody outside of my household doing it.
