"What's that Spot?" miscategorized as friendly interaction

I play on PC and my game is the newest version. I don't have any mods installed. To test the bug, I have all my packs disabled except Get Together and Laundry Days.

I created a club, chose "be friendly to club members" and "don't be mischievous to club members". As shown in the image, "What's that Spot?" has a thumbs up icon which does not match the rules I set.
