whole saved family in my household disappeared for no reason

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? I do not know this its just sim 4
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all packs but life and death and all all after that
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? im not sure my whole family saved as been deleted
What happens when the bug occurs? whole family gone
What do you expect to see? all my household familys to be saved
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Im whole family has been deleted not sure why! I have edited there home family photos are still on wall but the family are gone and I don't know why! ( they was not in auto age up) I had been playing with another family I came back to main menu to see they was gone! 

I have check the girls brother in another family and its like she never existed. all the item the house are still there ie photos and such its like got evited and deleted.

I have check other households they are not there!

I'M soooooooooo upset about this!
