@linadaboss89 Also make sure both tiles next to the tub are free. I think they use a different entry point for bathing toddlers than for getting in themselves, so just because the adult can use the tub doesn’t mean they can access it to bathe toddlers or dogs.

You have to make sure the basin or whatever is a full square away from the bathtub (leaving one full square completely empty).
The toddlers get bathed in middle of tub but sims always pull their toddler out and dump them on floor at the tap end of tub instead of in middle, so anything placed near tap end of tub is noped out by game.
Though as QoL fixes go I think sims should be changed to drop the toddler onto floor at middle part of tub instead, even just for visuals, as if you have a bathtowel sized rail near the tub the toddler clips into the hanging towel and stands there for a bit looking horribly clipped.
