Why does my female sim suddenly have a deep voice?

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Only the free holiday stuff pack from the main menu.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know. My young adult female sim has just started talking in a really deep masculine voice. I thought it was another sim for a bit but it's definitely her.
What happens when the bug occurs? My female sim speaks in a really deep voice.
What do you expect to see? Female sims should maintain a feminine voice.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

I tried to record a video of her talking but I couldn't screen record with sound for some reason. Anyways, I'm a new player and my sim was fine the first day but now she's got a really deep voice and its super annoying! How do I fix it!?
