    Follow these steps

      

    No more facial lines :D

    Could you give us some basic specs about your computer ? What graphics card do you have ? What processor ?

      Processor: Intel Core i5-5200U 2.20GHz

      Graphic card: NVIDIA GeForce 840m

        I just bought a brand new computer today, GTX 980 4GB with 16GB of Ram and a Intel Core i7-5820k @ 3.3GHz (which is overkill for The Sims 4) and I still have those lines. I think the reason is The Sims team needs to look into this. Maybe they can tell us if it's a bug, or if it's something out of their control and can't be fixed. It appears like AMD cards don't have this issue.
