Here's the workaround again for everyone that's affected
Cook another Gourmet Fruit Cake and have the Sim eat that.That should cure the Sim
Yes, i it was the fruitcake apparently. I am going to have him harvest just berries and fruit, but I think he'll just go to "Bake" and make another fruitcake! I really hope EA fixes this bug. (Or is it a bug? Do they just want you suffering with this?) If anypne has found a fix, please post. Reset doesn't work with it.
This issue should be fixed in the Sept 1st patch

- Growing up with Italian family I always had plenty of Panettone every holiday season. If you've ever had this Italian version of the fruitcake you will agree that there is nothing to hate about this delicious pastry. Unfortunately the fruitcake our Sims share when welcoming a new Sim to the neighborhood is not delicious Panettone. It is some cursed monstrosity that has a chance to make your Sim hate all food. Well, we un-cursed the fruitcake. Your Sim may still hate it, but at least they shouldn't hate everything else.
Affected Sims will still have this issue, even if you re-download then through the gallery or your library.
To fix those Sims, please cook another gourmet fruit cake and have the affected Sim eat it. That should cure him for good.
If anyone has this issue on a newly created Sim, please let us know.
