[WORKAROUND] Sim is constantly learning the Logic Skill

I had my Sim play cards and he started learning the logic skil. After the game was over and he walked away, he was still learning the logic skill. Now the logic skill is at 556% and all his other ski...

    The most reliable workaround I have found has two steps.

    1) Reses the sim - Gets rid of the stuck progress bar.

    2) Have the sim start a new game of chess, This resets the skill progress down to something less than 100%.
