[WORKAROUND] Time Control Keys stop working after a while

I can no longer speed up or slow down the game with the number keys.  I have to click the speed up/pause or slow down buttons instead

    Fixed the problem by new sim.  Moved them in and now working fine with original sim

      I have this problem occasionally.

      Next time it happens, try using CRTL-SHIFT-C (brings up the cheat menu) then hitting ESCAPE. 

      For some reason this usually (its worked every time for me) enables the Number keys to work again.
