[WORKAROUND] Time Control Keys stop working after a while

I haven't tested this theory completely, but I think I've noticed that the number keys don't work when I start the game through the Sims 4 program. If I go into Origin and start it from there it works.

    I have the problem with the time control keys even though i always start Sims 4 through Origin.
