[WORKAROUND] Time Control Keys stop working after a while

Hallo,

I can't control my time with the buttons `/1/2/3. Everything else works like f5, b but the time doesn't move with me. 

At first the buttons 1/2/3 where working, but with an update they no longer do. 

How can this be and are more people having this problem?

I do not use downloads, mods or something else.

I bought The Sims 4 on 27th of November and today, 28th, the time control doesnt work. Pretty annoying... Also, what's up with the screen, it doesnt 'roll' downwards when I move my mouse down the screen.

    @ilsjuh Merged with exiting issue

    Try hitting 'p'p or ESC. That should fix it
