[WORKAROUND] Time Control Keys stop working after a while

I bought The Sims 4 on 27th of November and today, 28th, the time control doesnt work. Pretty annoying... Also, what's up with the screen, it doesnt 'roll' downwards when I move my mouse down the screen.

Try hitting 'p'p or ESC. That should fix it
