Books do not seem to affect royalty payments regardless of duplicate naming or quality. So there is no urgent issue here, perhaps I'll drop it into the suggestions forums that the game shouldn't suggest a name for a book that has already been used/still claiming royalties for, and to perhaps expand the list of name suggestions.
