Crin: I have this bug too - sort of.
I edited Andre DaSilva from the Gallery with the CAS.fulleditmode cheat (not knowing it was bugged!) and it shows one of his traits as an old one I got rid of, but only on the relationship panel of his roommate, Josette.
It showed that way from the start when I moved him in with her. All of Andre's other friends have relationship panels that show the correct traits for him. Is there some way to fix this? - it's odd, because I changed all his traits...but only the one trait shows up wrong with her - the other two show up as the new ones I gave him.

I just started a new game and deleted all the premade families and I'm populating both worlds with my own to avoid this problem with the people I play. They need to fix the CAS.fulleditmode cheat or else allow us to edit other Sim's traits without so much trouble.
I don't want my worlds full of hotheaded, childish, and insane townies - which, it seems EA loves assigning those particular types of traits. It's ridiculous. I'm afraid to edit too many premades now, for fear they'll glitch down the road. Very frustrated. Even the Edit in CAS cheat in Sims 3 wasn't limited - we should be able to fully edit townies and Sims from the Gallery without all the issues.
This isn't a fix, more of a workaround, but to edit those townies what I do is twin off a new copy (sister/clone), give HER the traits I want, and delete the original.
Does anyone still see this without using the cheat ?
