@pamjay @simsplayer818 Unfortunately this has been short lived and now it’s gone back to the auto saved glitch ☹️ I had one evening where it worked and it’s reverted back. Even though space is reduced and I deleted it from console to sync again. It’s so frustrating!
@indiecaitOh no how frustrating. How far did you get with your game before this happened again? Did you place any lots from the Gallery or Library or were you starting from scratch? How many file slots were you using?

If you do speak to them, have your Xbox on so you can go through it with them. They will probably want to know about file sizes, etc.

What happens when the bug occurs? The game is showing that it is saving, however, it is not saving. My game files are all showing “Autosave” instead of the name I gave them. I will play the game, save frequently as always, then when I am done playing I will exited the game, then come back to play, and all of my progress has been lost. It will not load where I previously left it. If I age up for example they will be reverted back before save:

Thank you I did do the bug form and will look at the Xbox support link you provided. Do appreciate all your help with this. I managed a few hours in the same household, did not age them just completing job progression/aspirations and all was fine, even after testing. House & family already there so nothing downloaded. Just strange it seemed to work and then nothing!
Thank you, unfortunately I did go through twice and both times they said it was for EA. So not too sure what to do now. It is disappointing as cannot enjoy it at all. Do appreciate all your help. Is there a way to fully report to EA?
This is now happening to me as well. On Xbox also and can’t save any of my games, they’re all called auto save and I know it’s not my library ir tie use as I delete these regularly. Plus it’s also a new save I’ve just started playing. I literally can’t get through a legacy without any game breaking bugs at the moment
