@indiecaitOh no how frustrating. How far did you get with your game before this happened again? Did you place any lots from the Gallery or Library or were you starting from scratch? How many file slots were you using?

If you do speak to them, have your Xbox on so you can go through it with them. They will probably want to know about file sizes, etc.
Thank you, unfortunately I did go through twice and both times they said it was for EA. So not too sure what to do now. It is disappointing as cannot enjoy it at all. Do appreciate all your help. Is there a way to fully report to EA?
This is now happening to me as well. On Xbox also and can’t save any of my games, they’re all called auto save and I know it’s not my library ir tie use as I delete these regularly. Plus it’s also a new save I’ve just started playing. I literally can’t get through a legacy without any game breaking bugs at the moment
After playing about a bit, the bug seems to be connected with travelling. If you don’t travel at all in the save you can save and not lose progress but the moment you travel, you lose all progress and I’m not even sure where it happens. I really just want to get through a legacy save. I can only make it halfway through gen 1 before something becomes corrupted and I delete the save 😭😭
it’s weird though because although the day resets and I lose skills and any babies born vanish any photos I take are still there and any food I cooked. Also some saves are being renamed as autosave but others are being renamed as scratch
