[XB] Unable to close menus

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have the cats and dogs, just installed growing together, my first pet, and backyard stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure, but open the calendar and then add event and try to close
What happens when the bug occurs? When I open up the calendar and try to add event when I try to close the calendar nothing closes and I can only see that page
What do you expect to see? The calendar page going away and I go back to game play
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

I've been playing sims 4 for a long time and this has never happend. I play on xbox so I don't have cc or mods. When I try to plan an event on the calendar the moment I try to exit it won't close, but I can move my cursor. The cursor even changes when I hit the B button. This is happening after I installed the growing together pack, and after the updates and patches. Can someone please do something, the only way I can fix this is going back to the main menu.
