I have had the same issue, it keeps going both in build mode and live mode! Its horrible!
I have the same issue on my Xbox. It's like demon fingernails coming out of the roof and going everywhere. It's terrible and it causes my game to lag and then freeze. I'm not playing until this issue is resolved.
