[XB1] Embarrassed moodlet bathroom behavior

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Expansion Packs: City Living, Get to Work; Game Packs: Vampires, Dine Out; Stuff Packs: Romantic Garden, Vintage Glamour, Cool Kitchen, Luxury Party, Perfect Patio
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a Sim select to use something in the bathroom at the same time another Sim has selected to use something in the bathroom. Both Sims will get embarrassed before even making it anywhere close to the bathroom.
What happens when the bug occurs? I will select an empty bathroom for my Sim to use and the "embarrassed" moodlet will show up as though someone was already in there. That's when I realize that another Sim is heading toward the same bathroom to use it. This is happening even if the other Sim is nowhere NEAR the bathroom, they just have to be thinking about using the bathroom.
What do you expect to see? The Sim shouldn't get an embarrassed moodlet unless one or the other Sim is actively IN the bathroom using the shower, using the toilet, or in the tub.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

This is more of an annoyance than anything. It's happened multiple times to my Sims. I don't know if it's by design, but it seems to me as though the Sim shouldn't get the embarrassed moodlet unless one or the other Sim is actually IN the bathroom using the toilet/shower/tub... Sims can be on complete opposite sides of the building, neither of them anywhere NEAR the bathroom, and they will both get the embarrassed moodlet if they're both thinking about using the same bathroom. It's annoying. Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, but it seems like a bug to me.
