[XB1/PS4] Toddler highchair automony issues

Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Vampires, city living, vintage
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a toddler and watch how the family look after it
What happens when the bug occurs? It seems toddlers are bugged. It takes between 3-5 hours to get adults to actually feed the child, I instruct them to do actions like feed or put the child to bed and the actions simply disappear and they just put the toddler in the high chair or leave her on the floor. They also stand still for hours and hours instead of doing actions related to the toddlers.
What do you expect to see? I expect the actions to happen consistently and when I instruct the sim, not 4 hours later
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I’m seriously annoyed with this bug. I’ve already had one toddler taken away because she wasn’t being fed, but this wasn’t fair because I was constantly telling the adults to feed her in the high chair and all they did was stand there taking her in and out again. Restarting the game didn’t help. This happens constantly.
