Yanti, I moved a new artist sim in and had approximately 3,500 left and bought the easel, light and a computer. There was some depreciation so I left the easel and light and took out the computer. One thing I did notice is you can raise the foundation one click with out having to add stairs, and save some money and get the same effect, :D
