It is great that you have set up a showcase thread for your builds! :) The design of 94 Everwood Green looks very nice! :) The glass windows create a very nice light filled home, and sims will have nice views of outdoors whilst inside. The planter box windows are a nice touch. Nice outdoors sitting nook for sim to sit and chat outdoors in the air. Very nice furnishing of the interiior! The design of the kitchen looks great! The bar stools counter and the island stove and workbench counter look great! It looks nice that that there is a shelving nook between the kitchen wall cabinets. The items are nice touches on the shelves. The cereal box and tins are great home touches on the counter, The brick wall textture gives a great look to the room areas! Very nice sink nook! The dish rack and soap look great there! The sunflowers picture is a sunny touch for sims to see when using the sink. Very nice sofa seat sitting nook in the living room. Sims will enjoy resting there watching tv or reading books It is a very nice home! :)

The exterior design of 112 Petite rd looks very nice! :) The stone texture of the exterior walls gives a great look to the home! Nice front porch sitting nook for sims to enjoy sitting outdoors in the outdoors air. Very nice layout of the interior of the home! The tv nook in the living room looks so very creatively nice! It looks great that the bookcases are either sides of the tv and the shelves are above it. Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the sofa watching tv, or reading a book whilst listening to the radio music. The patterned floor rug adds a very nice look to the area. The windows dining table nook is nice. Sims will enjoy looking out at the views through the windows whilst dining. Very nice loft bedroom! The clothes rack is a nice home touch there,and wall of mirrors looks great. Nice study desk nook for sims to enjoy sitting at the desk 'table using the computer. The kitchen nook is very nice! The wall texture adds a very nice feel to the area! The sunflowers wall picture is sunny for sims to see when cooking there.It is a very nice home! :)

I hadn't posted earlier that the bedrooms in the last pictures of your Von Glamour mansion look very nice! :) Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms and colour schemes! The living room is very nice! Sims will enjoy sitting resting in front of the fire chatting. The grandfather clock is a nice home touch there. Very glass tiled roofing pergola! Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar there. They will enjoy sitting on the sofas , eating and drinking food and drinks from the bufffet table and fountain, enjoying the outdoors air
It is a very nice and detailed home! :)

Ooooh, awesome that you decided to start your own showcase! :) Always been a fan of your room designs for Rosemow's weekly challenge, but really love your house as well. The tiny-yet-not-quite-starters all have great charm, and yup, I know the challenge to stay within a starter budget is not easy when your having fun designing, been there, done that. ;) And wow, your Von Glamour mansion is simply epic, just loooove all the interior design there, respect for undertaking such a gigantic project. B)

Your estate looks wonderful, and wow yes it's huge!

I have done some large homes before, but nothing like this. I can imagine it took quite some time to finish it all! Cudos for sticking to it and making it to the finish line! In a build like this that is quite an achievement.. haha!

I love the garden you have created outside, it looks worthy of a mansion :blush: The inside is impeccable, as I expected, since I know how wonderful you are with decorating! So many lovely details in every room, it's a joy to look through your photos :) I love the green kitchen by the way, I am so bad at using interesting colors for kitchens! :blush:
