I've been thinking about making a beach themed neighborhood. There are so many beach houses I just love. So I found this cute little bungalow and thought about making it into a starter. *Note to self* don't Ever decorate first, just to see how it would look. Once I had all the rooms set up, I couldn't bear to rip everything out and turn it into a starter with barely anything. Sigh. So what I have now, is a pretty small but expensive beach house, lol. :p

It's actually more spacious on the interior than it seems from the outside. The main floor has the living room, study, eat-in kitchen, half bath and master en suite. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, a small play area in the hall and another bathroom.
