Life's a Beach is a very nice home! :) It is great that you are creating a beach themed neighbourhood! The exterior of the home is very nice! The windowed dormers are very nice! Nice colour of the exterior, and the open shutter windows add to the nice look of the home. Very nice wraparound porch! The blossom plant near the front door is nice for sims to see when about to enter the home. Sims will enjoy sitting outdoors in the air on the sofa on the porch eating a meal that they cooked on the bbq. They will have fun playing chess on the chess table. It looks very nice how you have placed the flowers on the edges of the home. Great gardening nook at the back of the home for sims to enjoy growing and harvesting plants in the planters. The garden hose is a nice touch there. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! The colour scheme of the living room is nice. The clock is a nice homely touch in the corner of the room and the plant beside the door is nice for sims as they are coming into or leaving their house. The butterflies picture is a nice touch on the table. Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the sofa and armchair watching tv in front of the fire. It looks nice how you have placed the leaves pictures on the wall either side of the tv and the plants either side of the fireplace which are nice background sights for sims to see whilst watching a program. It looks nice that you have placed a picture on the staircase wall for sims to see when they are going to climb the stairs. Very nice kitchen and eat in dining room! It looks very nice how you have placed the kitchen shelves at different levels on the kitchen wall, and the items look great how you have placed many of them on the shelves there. They are nice home touches for sims to see whilst cooking meals. Nice dining nook. The way you have placed the fruit pictures on the wall looks great! The yellow rose on the tahle is sunny for sims to see whilst eating their meals. The yellow colour of the walls looks beachy and nice. The green and cream colour scheme of the master bedroom is very nice! It looks nice how you have placed the leaves on the wall at the different levels. Very nice study desk nook area in the study! It looks great how you have placed bookcases either side of the desk to create a desk alcove where sims can enjoy using a computer or read a book. The clock and books on the desk are nice touches there. Nice corner armchairs nook for sims to relax and have a chat or read there too. They will have fun playing chess on the chess table, enjoying the sunlight coming in through the windows. Nice colours that you have used for the walls in the girls and boys bedrooms. The computer study desk nooks in the rooms are nice. The butterflies pictures on the wall and the rose on the dresser in the girls bedroom are pretty for the girls to see when laying in bed. The wall tiling in the upper bathroom looks nice, and it looks great how you have placed three mirrors there. The clothes and books shelves in the boys room looks great! The posters and awards look nice how you have placed them on the bedroom walls.
