1216 Franklin Avenue is a lovely family home! :) I didn’t know about the show, so I haven’t watched it but I googled the house and it looks like you reflected it very well in Simsgame form! Very nice exterior design, and the interior layout, furnishings and colors are lovely! The design and furnishing of each of the bedrooms is very nice! Very nice gym and flower arranging areas in the garage.
Sims will enjoy living there :)
