@Jes2G hence why I keep my Sims in relationships when I can. Unlike you, I just go into Manage Households/CAS and make someone up. My town is too small to merge houses...some weird things might happen! Then, when I feel like it makes sense, I use the DNA to make a child for them. Has to be the first one and I roll traits. Since I really like Peyton, I don't want to miss any game time with her by trying to get my other Sims hooked up. I could turn aging off, but I think one family is enough for me!
See, that's what my problem is. When I'm in love with a Sim I don't want to miss any game time either, and so I end up ignoring everyone else and crap like this happens lol. I only make mates in CAS for the Sims I like lol. Everyone else can find someone in the 'hood :p I made Kolby a cutie yesterday. They hit it off EXTREMELY well! I barely had to do anything. I've considered turning aging off while I play with others, but I haven't wanted to play with anyone else soo bad that I would spend lots of time away from the estate. But you make a good point about the town being too small though. The Pruett clan is occupying like half the town now! Everywhere I go, the Pruetts are there! There are only like three affordable houses left that I could move anyone else in. I thought about merging houses with a few folks, but for whatever reason I didn't. I thought about moving Serena & Mackinzie in with Brittany when Maliyah died, but I was like, meh lol.
