I would like banking in TS4.
I have banking in TS3 with the help of mods. There is a bank in my main world where sims can go to loan money, or set up a savings account, or put something valuable in a safety deposit box. Business sims work at the bank and apply interest to the loans. My sims have safes and/or piggy banks at home for storing their money. I also have things like tip jars and collection plates on community lots. I also use Ani's tax collector mod to collect taxes to raise money for community projects in my town, and to raise funds for different buildings, like the church or library.
I like having that complex financial system in place, I like having that depth of gameplay. I've always wanted a kind of cross-over game between sims and SimCity, I'd like to be able to manage the whole town/world and make decisions that affect the whole community.
