A list of the things we wanna see in upcoming packs and updates

I was looking at the info on the Fame EP, and it made me think of all the other things I want to see. The specific packs, and nonspecific add-ons that keep me up at night, dreaming of sims greatness. Here are a few of the things that have been bouncing around my head:


  • Cooking as a live career, with options of food trucks. Updating the restaurant system to be the chef of your own restaurant, or someone else's. Live bartending, and club (like dance club) management/ownership.
  • Supernatural
  • Maybe some Superheroes
  • Being able to make my bowling alley playable and profitable.
  • Multipurpose/ multi-earning buildings/lots in general.
  • Let me own a movie theatre and/or, and apartment building. A hotel. Set up free viewings in a park.
  • Lemme own an ice cream truck, come on. Give me options!
  • University
  • World Travels, Vacation Homes
  • New Careers/Hobbies
  • Some Generations EP where we can actually go to school and clubs would be awesome:
  • Some focus on Teen Romance
  • Childhood Crushes
  • Looking up to your hero.
  • The first year of marriage, having anniversaries even if aging is off.
  • Family time focus.
  • Treehouses you can play in, and those like the ones in my Supe thread that you can live in.

    I wanna see a lot of stuff. I'm not set on this Sims 5 that's been bandied about for years. I wanna milk Sims 4 for all it's worth.

      I want to be able to exit game from the loading screen if it's taking too long. I want to hit esc and click exit/exit and save. If you force quit, sometimes you have issues when you want to play again.

      Yeah there's only like 3. And sunburn doesn't count, lol.

      That'd be a great toggle on/off option. And maybe large print for the notifications. Especially when you have a mini window. Or pop out options to see things more clearly, all over. Like your inventory, notifications, relationships, and family trees.

      Also I want more cooking/food prep options. Can a girl get some canning on in here? BBQ. I want to smoke my own meats.

      You could use the food you made as ingredients for your restaurant. Or sell to others. Have your own store selling specialty goods, foodstuffs, etc. Farm to table restaurants.

      Be a fashion designer. But also sew your own clothes to sell. Or hire seamstresses.
