Add sections to Lighting & Outdoors for Posts and Large Shade Structures & Fix Clutter

So, recently I just discovered that I have quite a few shade structures in my game and fancy outdoor lighting that I wasn't really aware of because they are buried deep in different sections of Decora...

I have been saying this for an age. How about a China Hutch icon in the dining section. Seemed like a no brainer to me. I would have moved the bar (Bar stools, bottle cabinets, etc.) to a Game Room Tab and put Game tables, Pool table, dartboards there as well.
