Add Your Pack Ideas that are not on The Sims 4's Radar

It's a well known fact that the Sims community continues to beg EA for University, Farming, Cars, Elders & Tweens, and Spiral Stairs. But what are some off-the-radar pack ideas? My ideas/examples:...

I'd love more of a supernatural themed pack myself.
It could include more occult sims, like werewolves and faeries, and could bring back the ghost hunter career (I loved that one in TS3)
Regarding the ghost hunter career, perhaps ghosts could 'possess' sims? (They could add this in a patch beforehand) and thus our sims have to exorcise them?
I think that would be pretty cool
