Yes to all of this, and include pets too! I wasn't thinking, and put my puppies up for adoption only to have them disappear from game lol. Now, I do all my "adoptions" manually, moving them into nice homes, but it'd be awesome if there was a mechanic for hat in game, with adoption evaluations and everything!
