Again: A Color Wheel.

With more games entering the simulation arena, it's obvious that a color wheel is possible. Why is the Sims 4 not implementing one? I do not know. But, I think there may be a few reasons: - User...

A colour wheel would be better for hair colour, eye colour and skin tone while something like TS2’s Body Shop would be better for clothing and build-buy swatches.

Outdated computers is less of an excuse now that 32 bit clients are relegated to Legacy.
