Am I able to make rental lots?

Hello! Recently i had my sims vacation to Selvadorada and i realized i can use lots from the gallery and turn them into rentals....in Selvadorada. I was wondering if i could do the same with Sulani. (Of course I could have them visit for a set amount of days and have them return home) but i was just curious if i could make rental lots on non-vacation worlds ( esp one that should have been a vacation world;; )
