Anyone knows of a working cinema lot?

Has anyone built one? I've downloaded some but when the TVs are sized up they do not work so the cinema is pointless. I wonder if anyone has built one, cinema, that works.

If you have the Movie Stuff pack those screens work very well for movie theater builds. Sims will sometimes just watch regular TV instead of movies but what can you I guess lol.
