Anyone knows of a working cinema lot?

Has anyone built one? I've downloaded some but when the TVs are sized up they do not work so the cinema is pointless. I wonder if anyone has built one, cinema, that works.

@CaptainStumpy I'll check it out when I go back into my game. It'll be a while cause I need to update my sim blog first. I have over 400 pics to edit.
