Architect and oceanography careers

Both careers from past Sims games.

Architect must include a drawing board as career reward while oceanography a new aquarium with special interactions

I would love to see that architect drawing board return again. I really enjoyed that career in Sims 2.

Hope the architect career unlocks certain features, like spiral stairs.
