Are there alarm clocks?

i was expecting my sim child to get up at 7am for school, but he didn't. so i thought 'oh that's a bit annoying, i liked that in sims 3. oh well, i'll just buy an alarm clock'. but i can't find any al...

I could've sworn there were alarm clocks in sims 4 because I remember there was an item in the bedroom menu that you could place on a nightstand or dresser (any available surface really) then you could have a sim set up a time the alarm goes off. Whether it was just for the morning or for when someone was going to work or school. And I could've sworn there were fire fighters in this game too.
