Are there spiral stairs in the sims 4?
I'm just wondering as I don't have the game yet.

No. But they need to be present in the base game already. Seriously, because it feels like things like spiral staircases, hot tubs, dishwaters etc are unnecessarily held back from the base game just to milk out more money from the players.
